Meetings, Agendas, and Minutes

Fire Commissioner Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month (special meetings may be held at any date). Meetings start at 9:00 am and are located at Station 77, 4815 Wa Tau Ga Ave, Tacoma, WA 98422. Meetings are open to the public. If you would like to present an issue, please contact the station one month before appearing at a meeting.

To download agendas for upcoming meetings please use the respective links below. Agendas will be uploaded to the website no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting date. To download minutes from prior meetings please use the respective links below. Meeting minutes will be uploaded once signed and approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners after the following month’s meeting. (i.e. minutes from April will be posted once approved/signed at the May meeting). Minutes will be posted within 72 hours of approval.
